Sometimes our freight rates are not sufficient to get to far-away places.  This freight rate is by pre-arrangement only.  Supose you live in an outlying area and the package you want from us will cost £19 to send (for example). Then this special £1 freight rate can be used.  You place your order, we get a freight quotation and email this to you, then, you order the quantity of this special £1 freight rate to make up the quotation, so in this example you order 19 x £1 of the special freight rate and so we can charge you the £19 of the freight required.  We know this sounds complicated but it allows us to get parcels to places that we would otherwise have to refuse.  Best regards.
